In addition to standard cleaning tasks, it includes: inside appliance cleaning (oven, refrigerator, microwave), inside cabinet and drawer cleaning, detailed baseboard cleaning, light fixture dusting, window sill and track cleaning, wall spot cleaning, and often carpet cleaning. We focus on areas that are typically overlooked during regular cleanings but are checked by landlords during inspections.

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your landlord isn't satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning completion, and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional cost. We're familiar with standard landlord expectations and rental agreement cleaning clauses. For extra assurance, you can share your rental agreement's cleaning requirements with us beforehand.
