By engaging CleanPro's services, scheduling a cleaning appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Customer," or "you") and CleanPro ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Service Categories

CleanPro provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Residential Cleaning: Regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning: Office cleaning, retail space maintenance, commercial deep cleaning
  • Specialized Services: Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, post-construction cleanup
  • Eco-Friendly Options: Green cleaning using environmentally safe products

2.2 Service Standards

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products. Our team is trained, insured, and committed to meeting your cleaning expectations.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our cleaning within 24 hours of service completion, we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

Services may be booked through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CleanPro. We will provide written confirmation of your appointment including date, time, services requested, and total cost.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to be present for a scheduled appointment may result in a full service charge

3.3 Access Requirements

You must provide reasonable access to the premises during scheduled service times. If access cannot be provided, the appointment may be rescheduled and applicable cancellation fees may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Pricing

Pricing is determined based on factors including:

  • Size and condition of the space
  • Type and frequency of services requested
  • Special requirements or add-on services
  • Geographic location and accessibility

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial clients, net 30 payment terms may be available upon credit approval.

Late Payment Policy: Past due accounts may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in suspension of future services until payment is received.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice for ongoing service agreements. One-time service pricing is guaranteed upon booking confirmation.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Property Preparation

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or personal items
  • Providing clear access to areas to be cleaned
  • Ensuring pets are secured or removed from work areas
  • Notifying us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements

5.2 Communication

Please inform us of any specific cleaning preferences, areas of concern, or changes to your regular service. Clear communication helps us provide the best possible service.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our Insurance Coverage

CleanPro maintains comprehensive general liability and bonding insurance to protect against potential damages or losses during service provision. Our team members are background-checked and insured.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for:

  • Damage to items not reported as fragile or valuable
  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Damage due to faulty equipment or fixtures provided by the client
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

6.3 Claims Process

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and work to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

7.1 Information Protection

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Our team members sign confidentiality agreements and are trained to respect your privacy.

7.2 Data Usage

Personal information collected is used solely for service provision, billing, and communication. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required by law.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to discontinue services immediately for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Unsafe or hostile work conditions
  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Illegal activities on the premises

9. Force Majeure

CleanPro is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Initial Resolution

We are committed to resolving any service issues or disputes amicably. Please contact our customer service team first to discuss any concerns.

10.2 Mediation and Arbitration

If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration rather than litigation, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between CleanPro and the client, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Amendments

These terms may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties, or through updated terms posted on our website with appropriate notice.
